Mi gente! We are ready and hyped for the show this Wednesday at 7pm cst and 5pm pst as we have the talented Jasmine Davis on the Show! Dalee!
****Guest Alert October 14***
Jasmine Davis is an actress, writer, director, and producer who creates the stories she wants to see. Born inChicago and now based in California, she blends on-screen experience, business instinct, and a sociologist’s curiosity about people into everything she makes.
Jasmine began her career in front of the camera, with a credit on a nationally broadcast television drama. Today, she also works behind it. Her newest films, Killer Revenge and Online Dating, are out now. On Killer Revenge, she served as writer and director and stars as Jade. Both films explore the dark side of modern romance, trust, and power.
She has more projects in development in the same world, including Deadly DM’s, a feature thriller now in script form; Swipe Right, a TV mini-series; and Online Dating 2: Swipe Right, a short film. On each, Jasmine serves as writer and director while also acting.
Coming next is a project close to her heart. The Adventures of Zachary Beans, premiering October 23, 2026, is a children’s YouTube series she created, featuring nursery-rhyme episodes starring an animated miniature poodle, named in honor of her late dog, Zach. Made for children ages two to five, each episode pairs early learning, like colors, shapes, counting, and the alphabet, with real-life lessons like bravery, kindness, and making new friends.

Oye mi gente! We are back and ready to give you a great time on the show this Wednesday at 7pm CST and 5pm PST! Did you know that there is a sport called Chess Boxing, neither did I so we are going to introduce you to the sport on this coming interview with ChessBoxer Jermain Howlett from Chicago! Daleee!
***Guest Alert October 7 ***
Jermaine Howlett is an undefeated professional boxer, competitive chess player, and American chessboxer from Chicago whose journey combines the physical demands of combat sports with the strategy and discipline of chess.
As a professional boxer, Howlett has built an undefeated 9–0 record with 8 knockouts. His boxing journey is rooted in Chicago, where he also became the 2017 light heavyweight Chicago Golden Gloves champion before making the transition into the professional ranks. Competing as an independent, self-managed fighter, he has continued building his career while pursuing opportunities both inside and outside the ring.
Howlett discovered chessboxing in 2017, a sport that alternates rounds of competitive chess with rounds of boxing. After connecting with the Matt Thomas, the head of the American chessboxing community, he eventually earned the opportunity to represent the United States internationally. In 2025, he served as captain of Team USA at the World Chessboxing Championships in Belgrade, Serbia.
Beyond competing, Howlett is working to help grow chessboxing in Chicago through the Chicago ChessBoxing Academy, introducing athletes and young people to a sport that demands intelligence, composure, physical conditioning, and the ability to transition instantly between strategic thinking and combat.
With an undefeated professional boxing career, international chessboxing experience, and a passion for both the mental and physical sides of competition, Howlett represents a rare intersection of fighter and strategist—pursuing excellence on the chessboard and in the boxing ring.
